Refunds

14-day refund

If the planner does not work for you, write to hello@sanyun-pro.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number or the email you bought with. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with, through 2thx. We do not ask why.

Refunds usually reach your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Consumer rights

Where the law of your country gives you more, that law applies.
