What we collect

When you buy: your name, email, the order and the payment result. We do not see or store your full card number. When you download: the time of each download link we create for you.

Why

To deliver the planner, send your receipt, let you download it again, handle refunds and meet accounting and tax obligations. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them, and we do not sell your data.

Who processes it

Our store platform (2thx), which holds orders, accounts and the files; our card payment provider; and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It keeps a sign-in token and your email in your browser so you can download again.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion (we keep order records where the law requires it). Write to hello@sanyun-pro.com.

Data controller: Sanyun.
